Anytime a country, a permanent member country of the security council that violates the basic mandates the purpose of the security council should be automatically removed from said council. Now that should be amended into the security council's mandates without delay after the generally assembly votes and ratifies Russia off the security council.

This is proof that the UN security council should be disbanded, without a question. If the members of this Council can not even monitor and manage their own sitting members and hold them to a list of basic positive criteria for such membership then they need to be disbanded and a new council established. And why has this not been addressed previously, all knew Russia's chair was going to happen a year ago and the process to address this should have been initiated months ago in the UN. Just shameful incompetency at the highest level. And we all pay for these representative/idiots to attend and seat at the UN. And silence from the majority is just as bad as those that side with Russia's activities. Glory to Ukraine and their Heroes.

Outrageous. Russia should at least be kicked off the chairmanship of the security council. A further step of kicking Russia out of UN should be considered, until they withdraw from Ukraine. Their veto power should be eliminated too. The council seat was granted to USSR not to Russia which is not entitled to the seat.
