"Who the hell are you?!" With hosts David C. Gross and Tom Semioli, NOTES FROM AN ARTIST airs Monday nights at 8:00 PM ET on www CygnusRadio com.

Traversing rock, jazz, blues, classical, funk, experimental, world, ambient, and permutations thereof: NOTES FROM AN ARTIST is an interview series wherein two veteran bassists / journalists / authors David C. Gross and Tom Semioli engage in conversation with artists who have shaped pop culture through music.

In Bill Bruford's bio, he describes a session he and Tony Levin did for Al DiMeola at Caribou Ranch, in which Mr. DiMeola was very late in arriving... it's the only time I can ever even imagine Tony being even the least bit upset about anything. He played his part, and packed up and left... I wish I could meet Tony Levin for his amazing history, second only to Ron Carter.

Levin is a true innovator and should be on everyone's 'Top Bassists' list!
