Is Adrian Belew the happiest musician alive today? I think so.

Danny Carey playing Bruford as a drummer influenced by Bruford, develops own style, then plays Bruford!

I was at this concert. Steve Vai surpassed all of my already high expectations. As did they all. This was an absolute BEAST of a concert. Go if you can, it's worth it!

Carey is definitely up for this one. I was expecting him to do so but DAMN. I can't wait to see them next week.

If you love bizarre guitar playing, Belew/Vai may well be the greatest matchup in the history of music. And I mean that in the very best of ways, too!

Man I just KNOW Danny is having the time of his life playing these songs

This is badass. Vai mimicking Fripptronics is what I need in my life.

Danny needs to tour with Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson next and call themselves Syrinx

King Crimson but not King Crimson. This is what I had hoped for; Steve Vai taking Fripp's parts and honouring them but also adding something of himself. The same with Danny Carey; Bruford's parts reimagined. I so hope there is a live album from these guys AND a few concerts in the UK!!

Drummer kills it, among others; Thank you for sharing. Zappa would have loved to play with Danny Carey, I reckon. God bless

No Fripp, no camera ban! Man, if they sound this amazing on night one, I can't imagine how tight they'll be by the time I see them in late October.

Bunch of exceptional, talented folk doing what they love, helping us mere on-lookers realise how much we love them.

A classic. "I'd carry it around for days and days not looking at it...and then looking at it." This monolog along with the byzantine Bartókian sonic chaos that engulfs it, makes it a must play in this KC retrospective tour. I'll be getting the privilege of seeing this live in about ten weeks time.

I got chills watching this. Four distinguished gentlemen absolutely nailing it.

Quite possibly the two greatest whammy bar players of all time.

Carey is unreal. I’m not a drummer, so I’m sure drum fanatics will know some obscure guys who are better or whatever, but as a musician who isn’t great at drumming himself, I see him as an absolute legend and, to my ears, the best I’ve heard.

I can’t imagine having the polyrhythmic abilities he does. It’s like each foot and each hand each has their own metronome and time signature going on all at the same time and he can just keep it all compartmentalized in his head. And here I am hoping I don’t trip when I try to walk down the street.

Mad respect. And I’m not even starting on the fact his kit has stuff I don’t even know the names of - what the hell are those glass tube looking things with mics on them?! That kit must be hell to setup perfectly with everything in the same exact spot day in and day out on tour.

Wow, incredible! They sound so great together. I could watch Adrien perform 1000 times and never get bored for a second. I'm so upset that I'm not going to be able to go, i had actually never listened to them until they announced the tour, I watched the Beato interview and was instantly addicted, I've probably listened to Frame by Frame 100 times in the last couple months
