I helped enroll 2 people in 2023 in army they are graduated already from AIT I’ve never been recognised for that 😔. Everything have been done under my DOD didn’t worked out for me

Went to the E6 board with 45 month in service, CG at Ft Campbell signed both waivers. He was friends with my BN CMDR in Korea and he had put me in for a LOM as an E4. It was a touchy incident on the DMZ in 85. It was replaced by a letter to Ft Campbell and 2 ARCOMs and 2 MSMs. It was a carrot 🥕 to get me to reenlist. When I got to my unit (3/187th) the CSM told me to report to the S2. He welcomed me back and pointed to my desk. I was made the S2NCOIC as an E4p. Didn't take the carrot. In 1999 I was invited back, this carrot was E7 and 50k tax free. Now why, 11B with a 96c secondary and I spoke 5 languages. I had a 6 month old son, decided to hear his first words and see his first steps.

Unfortunately I can do everything I can but I always get overlooked… I’ve never been to the soldier of the month board, never been soldier of the week, never got a coin, never even been recognized orally by anyone. I don’t kiss ass, I don’t hangout with e5 and above, cause I believe that causes favoritism, I do everything I can and it’s still not enough. Everyone else in my plt can be shitbags and they get recognized

Okay let me know if this works, I did 4 years in JROTC and don plenty of community service from it. I've been told 4 years of JROTC you'll be one rank up so a Private fist class, and I'm getting a friend to join so I should be able to rank up more to a specialist Correct???

I can never understand why a corporal and a specialist make the same money.😮
