Exercise Recommendation for MS #shorts

One of the most frequent questions I get is "How much exercise should I be doing to see actual changes in my walking?" 🤷♀️
Here's your answer 👇:
150 minutes per week!
This can look like:
👉 25 minutes, 6 days/week
👉 30 minutes, 5 days/week
👉 37 minutes, 4 days/wk
👉 50 minutes, 3 days/wk
And the most exciting part is that MS research shows that those minutes can be spread out THROUGHOUT the day 🙏 OR all at once... your preference!!
Consistent movement is INTEGRAL in helping slow the progression of MS & regaining previously lost function!
