If you have MS and you're not incorporating these 4 types of exercise into your weekly routine 🤯…

...it's likely why you haven't reached your walking based goals yet 🤦‍♀️.

You see... we tend to focus the majority of our exercising on strengthening, stretching, and balance movements.

Don't get me wrong, those are DEFINITELY needed 👌 and 3 additional types of exercises, but when it comes to multiple sclerosis, it's important that we integrate at least 6 types of exercises per week!!!

In my book, The MSing Link, 📚 I review the 10 types of exercises (including the ones mentioned here + others) & how to implement them into your day with a sample 7 day routine!

The book (yes.... the SAME book that hit best seller on Amazon in 5 different categories within 4 hours of it's launch 😱 + got recognition from Selma Blair 😳🫣) will be launching as an AUDIOBOOK in mid January!!!!

But let's get into these 4 types of exercise & why you don't want to skip them:

1️⃣ Endurance - this is important if you want to walk longer distances; practice by holding the exercise for more time than you normally do!

2️⃣ Speed - this is important if you want to walk or move faster; practice by performing the exercise faster

3️⃣ Coordination - this is important if you want to feel more balanced and stable when walking; practice by moving alternating arms and legs at the same time!

4️⃣ Cardio - this is important if you want to see quicker results (aka: prime your brain to strengthen those neural pathways!); implement by doing cardio exercise FIRST!

Do you implement any of these into your daily or weekly routine? ⬇️ Comment below to let me know!

And if you want to be the FIRST to get my audiobook once it launches 🚀 (oh and other freebies like a brand new MS-specific exercise class), comment “audiobook!
