Debussy’s music is often described as "impressionist", but he often rejected the title. Either way his music is the perfect counterpart for visually representing the themes that inspired his songs. Each scene in this video depicts the song's theme:

1. Rêverie is a day dream, so this scene is a nice spot under a shady tree to day dream as the clouds pass by.
2. Arabesque is a form of artistic decoration consisting of surface decorations based on rhythmic linear patterns. I didn’t think a design like that would make a very interesting scene so I created this one with a little arabesque baluster for the stairs.
3. Clair de lune is based on Paul Verlaine’s poem that was inspired by the paintings of Jean-Antoine Watteau. In attempt to capture this masterpiece visually I went with a melancholic moonlit scene and a warm campfire painted in the style of Watteau. The words from the poem mention “with the calm moonlight, sad and lovely,” which I believe Debussy perfectly captures with his arrangement. The title was originally called “Promenade Sentimentale” which means a sentimental walk.
4. Pagodes are towers in eastern Asia usually with roofs curving upward at the division of each story and erected as a temple or memorial. This scene consists of a zen garden featuring a towering pagoda. The song was heavily influenced by Gamelan music that Debussy first heard in 1889.
5. Bruyères is a small village in northeastern France and the song was inspired by the purple heather covered fields near there. This scene is a serene view from the heather covered fields overlooking the village.
6. La cathédrale engloutie means “The Sunken Cathedral” and is based on the ancient Breton myth in which a cathedral, submerged underwater rises up from the sea. Sounds can be heard of priests chanting, bells chiming, and the organ playing, from across the sea. The cathedral then sinks back down into the ocean and the organ is heard once more, but from underwater. For this scene I’ve recreated the cathedral rising and sinking from the ocean.
7. La fille aux cheveux de lin translates to “The Girl with the flaxen Hair”. This scene is an impressionist style painting of the girl with flaxen hair standing in a field on a warm summer day.
8. Reflets dans l'eau means “reflections on the water”, this scene has a couple of swans with their reflections on the water.
9. Sarabande is a stately court dance of the 17th and 18th centuries that evolved from an earlier suppressed Spanish dance. Debussy, referring to how it should be played said it should be “rather like an old portrait in the Louvre” This scene is representative of a baroque era portrait you might find in an old museum, however because my animation skills are limited I went with a more simplistic diorama scene depicting the dance that became popular throughout Italy and France.
10. Prélude is the first movement in the Suite bergamasque. Bergamasques refers to masked festivals in the ancient Italian theatre tradition. The song feels like a celebration and is in a baroque style so for this scene I went with a sort of Italian festival in Bergamo in the style of Jean-Antoine Watteau.

There were three other songs recorded that didn’t quite fit the vibe of the lower 432Hz tuning so I’ll be releasing those with the 440Hz version at a later date.

I listened to Arabesques no 1 as my dog played in the sun one recent morning. The beauty of the moment left me so peacefully there. Just there. "Heaven" I thought.

8:23 спокойствие, умиротворённость, лёгкое дуновение ветерка, шелест листьев, щебет птиц, белоснежные облака, плывущие по небу, -все это волшебная музыка Дебюсси!❤

As if clear water flowing from a spring・・・
As if the scent of the forest blowing・・・
As if rose flower start to blooming・・・

Each piece is truly a wonderful performance. All the pieces are very carefully played, and especially when I listen to them at night, they soothe my heart.

Thank you! Clair de lune already is beautiful, but this version in 432 is amazing. I can close my eyes and lock in and it will draw out deep emotions. My ears are defining what my eyes can’t in another dimension of beautiful that draws out tears. Thank you for this amazing set. God bless

France from 1870 to 1914 was blessed with a cultural explosion that changed the world, proving that art is the supreme human achievement. Ironically, maybe because the country suffered defeat and self analysis, but whatever it was it created something unique in almost every at form. Merci bien.
