13 of Claude Debussy's greatest solo piano pieces performed by Artem Tenkeli and accompanied with AI art. This video is a replacement for my previous Debussy video that got over 1 million views, except this version has better artwork, better sound that has been professionally mastered and I personally think the performance and interpretation of Debussy's work is much better in this video. I hope you all will enjoy my personal selection of Debussy's greatest solo piano pieces and those that enjoyed the old video before it was removed will enjoy this one even more!

I am from a family of humble means. In the middle 1960's my parents found a way for me to have piano lessons from a beautiful lady who had studied at the Sorbonne. This was the first piece she introduced me to in my first year. She would give my lesson and then would play a piece, sitting in huge antique wicker chairs with floral chintz pillows, the sun shining through the organza sheer draperies of the many windows of her solarium/studio. I loved Miss Goldie Shiflet and rhank God for the sacrifices my parents made to give me that love of a culture unlike that of where I originated.

Clair de Lune takes me back to Normandy in the 50s & early 60s when I was was young, walking back along a country road late at night with my Grandparents, from a visit to my family in the next village, the moon was our guiding light. Such happy memories. Such a sublime piece

My grandson is a 16 year old autistic boy with limited vocabulary, very intelligent, however difficult to communicate and explain his feelings.
When he first heard this he said, ” gram, I like that cool music “
Now, everyday, after lunch, he invites me to his room so “ gram rest, us together with cool music “! We use to have a hard time to slow down and nap until he heard this beautiful track. It’s been wonderful 😊
Thank you 🙏 ❤

I started taking piano lessons when I was eight. Somehow, when I was about 10, I heard Clair de Lune, maybe on TV. It was the most beautiful thing I'd ever heard, and it was completely unlike anything I'd ever heard. I went to my piano teacher and told her I wanted to learn it. She probably thought I was crazy, but she indulged me. Of course, I had no idea what I was doing and not being a prodigy, i couldn't do it justice. But it still gives me pleasure that I had enough discernment at least to pluck it out from all the other music I was hearing and that I was the kind of kid who could be touched by it. Thanks for posting this compilation. I listen to it every day.

What I think about this gentleman is that he always seems to show up at the perfect time right when needed and fills the void of where loneliness would be while communicating effectively through it all. This music makes me not worry about a good nights rest or the end of things because it is so gentle, serene, and calming, euphoric and blissful, peaceful; Truly this is a masterpiece.

He was such a great master of the piano, creating a sound so different from other composers.
He made the piano sound like floating notes instead of it being a percussive instrument. A poet of the piano like Chopin was.

❤ I can’t describe what this music does to me or what it makes me feel, pain, memories, beginnings, youth, home, passion, peace, solitude…

I love Debussy's music. I want him to accompany me to my final resting place. His music is divine.

I will not go gently into the dark night. But I will go very gently into Debussy's moonlit night.

120 years old. Older than any man or woman who has ever lived. Timeless is exceptional. To withstand the test of time. There really is something miraculous in that I don't believe will ever be achieved again. It reminds me of Vanilla sky. I'm sure many people believe they connect with it, cheer and pronounce ridiculous theories or ideas. Beauty, that lasts 120 years in my opinion, cannot be drawn in negativity. It's remarkable.
