Best Hugo Boss Fragrances/Smell & Rate

My friend is a very tough critic and decided to let out even more sass for the entertainment aspect. If she's willing to come on camera once again I know what fragrance house I will get her to rate. No ADP, Cree or oud (all of which I state towards the end). This video was meant to be fun, entertaining, and to get a non-fragrance person's opinion.

I love hugo boss. I don't wear it to get compliments though. It's my go to when I feel a bit more rough around the edges type a day.

The one boss I love though is the grey bottle boss in motion; that's the orange cream scent for me and it's got this fizzy aspect too.

a tough, but honest point of view, which is always appreciated :-) out of the newer crop of hugo boss scents, the one which i actually rather like is boss bottled oud.

To be fair, I think she has a good nose. Hugo Boss scents were my go-to choice when I was a twentysomething and didn't know any better. Now, in my thirties, I find them generic and unrefined. For someone young and trying to get laid, maybe. For everyone else, try Dior, Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana.

Boss is not a bad fragrance house. They sell decent fragrances but nothing to shout about. Boss Bottled also the intense version and Hugo Boss Cotton Verbena ( from the exclusive line) are the best ones in my opinion

Soul was possibly my first frag ever. Takes me back. Still have the bottle somewhere. Oh man, she smoked all the frags, but it was totally worth it. Have you checked the Hugo Man line, like Just Different and Hugo Red? Those have slightly more range. Definitely have her check out Acqua di Parma :)

Great video! Fun girl. I agree, many of Hugo Boss fragrances are mediocre at best. The ones that stand out to me are the original Boss Bottled, and its Intense and Oud flankers. I also have The Scent, which I think will reach its full potential now that it's finally getting colder outside. The other Bottled flankers like Sport, Unlimited and Night are indeed far below average. Hugo Man apparently was a mid-90's superhit but I think it's nothing special either. Long story short: just stick to Boss Bottled! Their clothes and shoes are awesome though :-) edit: get her to smell the almighty FAHRENHEIT!!

tbh, hugo boss scents smell kinda cheap. I know, some are good, considering the price you could get them for, but this lady definitely knows what's good and what's not. I'd have her smell some niche scents next, not just one house, a bunch of them. and maybe group the fragrances into lighter, freshies and more heavy, dark ones and do 2 videos (depending ofc on what samples you have) :)

also, I've seen girls pick scents for men in sephora (boyfriends, sons, etc) and they definitely distinguish more between cheap/synthetic and more high-quality fragrances. women generally have a more refined sense of smell and their fragrances are better, overall, in terms of quality, so it's easier, maybe, for them to pick them apart.
