I wear this in hot Australia summer heat daytime and i get compliments. Seasons mean jackshit to me when it comes to ANY fragrance, i still get compliments in 35c weather with stuff like tobacco vanille or all the elixirs especially Sauvage Elixir.

Wow. A flanker that doesn’t smell like all the previous ones! I smelled this the other day and it’s on my buy list for sure. I love dark, incense type scents that don’t smell super sweet and boring like all other designers now days.

Thanks. Here's so advice to men as someone who has spent a fortune (over 200 bottles) on scents just because it's fun. At the end of the day, women don't want you smelling like vanilla and other gourmand scents. If you are looking for compliments, anything fresh with some masculine woody undertones can't be beat. This is why Creed is so popular. Light, fresh with masculine, woody undertones. Something about smelling clean and fresh signals to women, okay this guy takes care of himself. It's fine if you love scents as a hobby but at end of day if you are trying to smell good around other people, something light, fresh, and a little musky which then mixes with your own scent and pheromones is always a winner. I also find the heavier scents actually put me in a worst mood. Really affects me as I have been more aware. But when I spray something light, fresh and airy I am super confident and optimistic.

I seldom think to myself “I must buy this” when sampling a fragrance but had that feeling & thought upon first time wearing this, also garnered me a compliment so there is that.
Looking to cop a bottle of it soon.
Amazing for people who like incense and woody scents.

Can’t recommend this fragrance enough,
Lovely for autumn and winter,
Hugo Boss really surprised me as I felt everything but their original release was lackluster but I’ve had the bottled elixir for around a month now and it’s great!
just got a JPG le male Elixir for my birthday so I’m switching between the 2 this month😂

Love this review, informative as always but just glad you approve. I love this fragrance it's become one of my go-to's recently. It's different to what most people wear but it's still got appeal, just smells so warm without being overly sweet, right amount of spice, reminds me a little of spicebomb extreme

If Aaron by Far the best fragrance specialist on YouTube gives it a 10 out of 10 it should be a blind buy 100%!! I was considering Jean Paul Gaultier Elixir but I think this should be the next purchase now.

Instead of elixir I like the name Tonique because tonics are so supposed to make you happy and revitalized which is exactly how I feel when I wear Aaron's fragrances .

one of the most interesting and original designer fragrances that's come out lately. In a world of Invictus like fragrances and stronger with you-one million dna, Boss launches this bomb of a fragrance. It's dark, interesting, complex, but still has sweetness and mass appeal. I never cared for boss fragrances cause they're mostly generic and weak, but I'm so glad I got a gift sample of this. I was blown away at first sniff . had I not known it is a boss, I would've guessed it's a chanel or dior, it really has that sophisticated vibe to it. I would put it in the same category as sauvage elixir, an elegant oriental spicy fragrance, with some green tones and a sweet, dark base. ( not a copy of sauvage, it does its own thing ) I like it more than sauvage elixir due to the vanilla in it .Glad Aaron confirmed my thoughts and gave it a 10, this really is a hidden masterpierce
