You need a Nobel prize! The scrubbing method is awesome! (Making tons of kiwi/strawberry frozen yogurts in summer, and peeling the Kiwis was always the worst part of it). Not any more! (And yes, with the skin it tastes best)

The scrubbing method is what I never thought about....I was actually gonna google " is kiwi skin edible? But the thought of those hairy spikes on the skin made me change the question to " best way to peel a kiwi?...
