1 tablespoon dried mint
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 and ½ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon sumac
Half lemon, juice only
¼ cup olive oil
Sauce:
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cloves garlic, mashed
2 teaspoons dried mint
2 cups hot water
