No, the choir singer in the first clip does not need to use helium to hit height notes. He is what’s called a countertenor and can naturally hit high notes in a comfortable way. Also take into consideration that A. The balloon does not change size at all when he “breaths in the helium” B. This was posted on April 1st and (I believe) was said to be an April Fools prank in the original video. Have a nice day! :)
