The reason why this is so perfect is this concert was for directors and conductors as well as musicians, so they all know how to read and follow the hand movements and they all know how to sing.

Just to let everyone know, this was an event for music instructors and directors, which makes this even more magical because the people who are performing are getting the most beautiful reward ever.
