Amazing content maam. As you asked, you just sharing my bit that a diet high in NITRIC oxide(NO) is also pretty useful for treating migraines and blood pressures as it helps in dilating the blood vessels...so beetroot, pomegranate, green leafy veggies, nuts, seeds, citrus fruits ( all these are of course good antioxidants too) help too 😊😊😊

My migraine was gone after I started taking vitamin B2 supplements . Please try it. I suffered many years . No doctors told that this can be the cause. Accidently I found this while I was browsing some others supplements . Thank god🙏

My migraine frequency dropped down from 3 times a week to 3 times a month by taking milk with dried anjeer (was prescribed to boil anjeer in milk for few minutes, cool it down and consume) as the first meal in the morning. I avoided drinking water or water with lemon empty stomach as it caused increase in migraines and pitta dosha. Thank you.

Sleeping for couple of hours helps, drinking warm water with either 1/2 teaspoon of ajwain or hot lemon tea helps me get some relif
