Man your right hand is devestating, Cesar proves that even heavy handed hard hitters, can develop the delicacy and finger dexterity it takes to paint fine portraits

Cesar, thank you for posting this. I am a student of the arts and I also do Muay Thai which is really intense. I have found that i need the stimulus of physical activity as well as the more mental activity that art gives me and that they balance each other out. I related to this video a lot, you are a great inspiration for people.

Your passion is evident in all of your videos. This post was a perfect analogy between boxing and your art.
I enjoy these intense passionate art posts very much. Thank you for the inspirations and lessons.😎

Myself as a lifelong martial artists and visual artist. I can appreciate this vlog. Both are exercises in mindfulness. Art is an obvious one but fighting if your not in the "zone" you get hit alot. Also both are refined attainment over time through energy applied to said discipline. Also I believe this mirrors life as a whole.

Really powerful ! I also understand at boxing and art . So After i found you my passon grow up and now im learning from you . My art teachers are really bored at "new techniques" so they teach us fast. Nice but no clue of what truly happen on the paper ... But you had slow, elegance style that make people relalise how strong can be the values in painting colours, theory in drawing, scetchs, navigation ! The art is language, ceep speaking it Mr. Cesar !

Briliant story. I was at the same tournament, the same year and competed as well. Went to Cuba 4 years later to box as well. You are a great art inspiration for me. Hope you'll come back and visit Sweden soon.

I specially loved the part when you said that “ I realised pain is temporary and in the end I will enjoy the outcome later “
That’s what I will do when I paint on the that canvas now. Because sometimes it could be equally painful and frustrating to get things right on the canvas. But you have to keep going and keep trying.
Big Thanks for sharing
