Buying real estate, houses, in particular, to make a profit from renovating, renting, and wholesaling was something I started at age 24. I started with little to no money but was able to scrounge up enough to by my first house for $5,000. Once I realized how cheap houses could be purchased for, I simply started figuring out ways to consistently find them.
