I have finally caught time for assembling this servo. The gears are printed with ABS and the rest of the body is with PLA. Except for the back plate and spacers which are aluminum!
Not bad so far, you might be able to hear a harmonic noise during motor rotation. the main reason is FDA 3D printers have low accuracy and these gears are not totally even :(
Anyway. It is a hobby project after all.
