OK. For those who didn’t pause to read the scroll, apparently there were a crap ton of dragons that soared the skys of the island, said to be the guardians of the islands serenity. But the dragons had a secret. Apparently as a dragon reached the time of their death, they would bury themselves deep underground, their decaying bodies becoming the radiant and rare ore, known only as Adamas. The dragons decided that in order to protect the island and its inhabitants that they would leave the sky’s, and head down into the cave to protect their burial ground. So basically the mysterious ore is what remains when a dragon completely decomposes, and the last dragon destroyed the village because it knew that in the wrong hands the Adamas could cause untold death and destruction. So tried to get rid of everyone who knew about it. But unfortunately the old man survived. 😊
