frequency is how many cycles occur in a specified amount of time...

as in question in the video, we know it takes 4 seconds to complete a cycle, so it would take 2 seconds to complete half a cycle, my question here is: can u use the same rule ( 1/T ) to find frequency when it has completed half a cycle ? ( if yes Frequency would be equal to 0.5 ) or we should use the formula ( cycle/seconds ) which would be (0.5/2) and frequency would be equal to 0.25 at that point, please tell me which one is correct [ if any 😂 ]
