How Does U-Pack Work?

U-Pack is a convenient, affordable option for moving your household goods long distance. A moving trailer or moving container is brought to your location, where you have up to 3 business days to load your belongings. Then we handle the driving to your new location, where you'll have 3 more days to unload. You only pay for the space you use, and rates already include fuel, road tolls, and the driver.

I ordered the shipment of 2 relo cubes fr CA to BC, Canada. The driver ended up sending my shipment to Chicago which is the other way around and now it's stuck there until further notice due to weather conditions. I called the customer service to see how they can help me out as I'm living in an utterly empty apartment with no furniture waiting for the relo cubes to arrive. They offered nothing and didn't seem to care about my situation and just said that whenever the containers arrive I can call and see if I can get my money back.
I guess that's the service we need to expect from a cheap company. No responsibility, no customer oriented policies and we end up paying for their mistakes.
In reality their service isn't even that much cheaper if we consider the movers we need to hire for helping with loading and unloading the relocubes.
If you're lucky and everything happened as you expected then I guess they're ok. However, if they make a mistake you will end up paying for it. So decide for yourself if you want to take that risk, I know that I won't.

So If I pick the trailer, and my "Quote" was for 13 foot of trailer space, Do I still always get a 28 foot trailer delivered, and just pay for the number of feet I use?

Hmmm....actually more expensive than companies that protect, load, drive and then unload and place into my home.
