About this Video:-
Patient complain of pain over insertion point of short head of SCM i.e. clavicular part and over the right upper trapezius muscle fiber during bowling .
Had go through various conservative treatment but not significant improvement in his condition.
after examination we found there is trigger point over Trapezius and SCM muscle which may developed due to continuous stressful activity.
As we know trapezius play important role in Scapulo-humeral stabilization.
there is dysfunction of SCM and trapezius muscle which lead to pain during bowling.
And Dry needling can reduce muscle dysfunction and therefore the purpose was to demonstrate the effect of dry needling the SCM and trapezius muscle to reduce shoulder Pain.
