I love how it casually did 0-100 in 4s while the clutch engagement wasn't even too great it seems. Most little Euro car do the 0-100 slower than the GS did the 200 run. It's grotesque. Thank god it's only a touring bike xD

It has got a decent acceleration compared to my CRF1000 but i didn't expect the two bikes to have exactly the same top speed.

I think the acceleration and top speed was very good for a bike not exactly light or aerodynamic. Fifty years ago this kind of speed and acceleration of this bike could not be matched by the superbikes of the early 1970s never mind what the bike is capable of doing touring.

I run the Bonneville Salt Flats where we can run open for a minute and a half over 3 miles it takes me a whole mile to get to the speed you did in 15 seconds.

I think this is the quickest adventure GS ever!, Did you test by any chance the 2011 (DOHC) adventure model? In some places says 193km/h but I think it is too slow... right? Thanks for the video!
