For those wondering why does horizontal velocity doesn't change here is an explanation
So let's say you threw an object with a velocity u with an angle let's say @ so it will be broken in two components the vertical will be usin@ and the horizontal will be ucos@ . Since the vertical velocity will be motion under gravity it will have a resistance force mg but the horizontal will not have such force on it so it's velocity won't change

Every motion in which net acceleration is not in same or oppo dirn of initial velocity, that motion is a projectile hence it can be 1, 2 or 3 dimensional.
The example you saw in vdo is one of the cases which is 2D.

Well.. it depends on the person..for if it is 2d or lies in the concept of relative motion)
For example if person A moving with some velocity throws a particle
It will appear to him as if it is doing 1d
But to another person ( or from the respect of ground )it will appear as to be doing a 2d motion😁

अगर projectile motion में third party force (जैसे वायु की दिशा) को neglect किया जाए तो projectile motion एक 2 dimensional motion है।

For a person in ground frame it is 2D
For a person moving in same horizontal velocity as that of the object performing projectile motion it will be 3D

In Projectile motion there are two separate motions are in horizontal and vertical directions respectively. Projectile .It is two-dimensional because it has a horizontal component and a vertical component.

Projectile motion is 2D motion because when we throw ball it goes in x-axis as well as y-axis . Therefore we use kenimetics equations 2 time, first we find in x-axis then y-axis then we do vector addition.❤❤

Depends on observer or reference point, jese inclined motion kinematics ke point of view se 2d h but agar koi inclined ki hi straight line maanle to 1d motion show hoga, to framing karke hum projectile motion ko 2d or 3d dono cases me consider kr skte h 😀
