All of these reason why i decided to do acca asap i complete my 12th instead of ca ! My dad himself is a ca and wanted me to go in accounting feild also and i am interested too . Sir most of the students and parent want to go for CA cz they thought that they will get some kind of power..CA is becoming a backdated couse...no mention of Forensic Audit..Risk based Internal Audit...IS Audit ..is making the couse weak..
On the other hand..ICAI wants monopoly in India..for exmple..In companies..Internal Audit provision in Companies Act was build in such a way that CAs are only given pref ..whereas CMAs and other professional are.also eligible..it is simply monopoly..In an Engineering Com..how CA can do internal audit...
In 10years down the line ..CA course will be no where..if structural changes not made..

If you are CA you are automatically ACCA but no vice versa.

I have seen most of the top ca's going into finance like IB, credit analyst, asset management etc . I think it's waste of time and efforts as well because they do 3 years of articleship in accounting and auditing so it is better to go with mba instead of ca if you want to go in finance

Sir I love using computer for coding and doing practical accounting questions but I am weak in maths, is ca course fit for me? I heard that CA course is not just computer and Accounting it deals with many other concepts, so am I fit for this?
