Not necessarily bleach. UV light and unspecified "disinfectants", yes, but not specifically bleach. (I'm an ultraliberal, just been fact-checking some stuff recently. And I think unspecified disinfectants and UV light sounds a LOT weirder and scarier than just "bleach".) I work for a federal contractor and I love these briefings.
