If the steps mentioned in the video does not help.

Please try this and let me know if this works.

Panel\Mouse>MouseHoverTime

Change MouseHoverTime to a value way higher, default is 400ms

Restart machine.

Thanks for the vid but as all other commenters have stated it doesn't work. In my case the Peek option was alreay selected. Any other thoughts. Sense others are having same issue it appears to be something was done in the last Windows update. TIA
