I have used BOTH Etsy and Shopify for my Laser Business. So which one did I choose and why?

I agree. It's aggravating to buy a file then have to rework the whole darn thing.

Thanks for another unbiased informative video. Always learn something new. As far as the files are concerned I always thought that i did something wrong in downloading them.

I think Etsy have brought in a charge to set up a store - I paid £14 but I think it can be £21. I also use Square for my credit card payments (craft shows) but this integrates brilliantly with Etsy and you can easily set up your own website with a shop at no charge (unless you take your own domain and a more complex site template).

Thanks for the great video. I've been plaing pinball in my mind between FB Marketplace, Etsy, Shopify, SquareUp, or some home grown system to get the word out. Hard to sell things when all you have done is word of mouth. :)

When doing craft shows, etc. What do you use for point of sale or in person transactions? Do you have a video comparing these kind of services?

What are the differences from an SVG cut file for say a Cricut machine and a vector file for a laser machine? Is there an extra step for laser? Are the digital sellers not closing the vector points on the shapes? I’ve heard this complaint before, but don’t know the difference. I sell cut files for Cricut and would love to sell laser files but don’t want to sell crappy files.
