This procedure also applies to this HP OMEN 17-cm2004nm Laptop PC
This PC specifically is sold without an operating system (Free DOS)
To install Windows 11 there are some particular procedures to do. as well as pressing esc or then F9 to start the Boot Menu and select the USB stick.

I reached at that level 8:56 and left my computer. When I came back it went to sleep mode and I was back at the black screen and loading cursor

I am very new to your page. I have watched several of you videos. I’m having problems with my brother HP laptop running slow when starting. Takes it forever to get loaded. I’m not a professional with repairing the laptops however I have worked on several. What could be my problem with this one. I also wanted to download windows 11. Well it’s saying the processor is not supported. But everything else passed. Funny how when it was free it would take it. But now I’m just having problems. Ty. Any advice would be appreciated.

I did it exactly the way you did and I chose "Custom Installation" just like what you did. Then I got into a window that says "Where do you want to install Windows?" and it also said "We couldn't find any drives. To get a storage driver, click Load driver", so I click "Load driver" and then I got to another window which tells me to insert the installation media containing the Driver files and then click OK. But I don't have any installation media containing the Driver files, so I just clicked OK and then I got to another window that says "No signed device driver was found" so I got stuck. Then I went back to the previous screen and this time I clicked "Browse". Then I saw the USB drive containing the media creation tool which I created previously. I also saw another drive called "Boot (X:)" which contains all the files on the Hard Drive of the damaged computer which I'm trying to repair. Can you tell me where to locate the drivers that this installation program is asking for? Right now, I am stuck and can't move on.
