Actually, the order is correct. But, highest in the context of angels, refers to closest to Yah on His throne; not highest in importance or better than. They are all equally important with all their roles. The lower the angel is in the rank, the closer they are to humans; ie the more effect they have on us directly.
For example, the principalities reign directly above us. The spirit of these angels affect us thru spiritual means day and night.
While the seraphim communicate directly to Yah in His Throne room.
This can explain why archangel Gabriel came to talk to Mary.

Archangels aren't this highest level but they are the strongest and some of the most powerful as they are God's Heavenly military basically with Michael being their General, he is now the most powerful and trusted of all Angels, I found this out when I went to heaven after dying from a seizure and brought back
