SOLD! I just bought the VERO system for both my DEM and the DVF. A 3-station for the DEM, and 1-station for the DVF. Thanks for running such a great special on them right now!

OK the ability for the air gun to just plug right into a push-connect fitting for supplying air is actually pretty dang slick. I like it.

Aah I remember seeing the monster hooks before in your older videos. It's quite nice seeing some of the parts you've done outside of the Academy content, helps provide some context to it all.

Why not just put the Vera clamps on the fixture plates instead of the base plate?

Titan, can you please show us some techniques on how you lock down the part into the second fixture plate for cutting the back side? Thx.

Very cool Titan! Content is excellent! Can’t wait to teach my kids all this stuff I wish I’d would’ve known back in the day.

Could you simply get rid of the base plate if your using the Vero s system? Mount the very pull studs directly to the part fixtures in order to skip manually bolting the fixtures down?

So amazing how someone dedicates great time and labour to teach others for free while many others are looking for culprits to fire.

Here is the problem with the machine trade in America. When entry level warehouse work is paying 21+ an hour. Minimum wage rates hit 15 per hour. Why would anyone want the stress and anxiety that comes with precision machining for a dollar or 3 more? Spending decades honing the trade for a few dollars more. Not worth it.

By the way I love watching your videos. Been machining for 20 plus years and I lost my ability to feel my legs so I'm stuck at home. I miss the smell of the machine shop the metal the coolant so these videos give me some Joy that makes me feel like I'm still a part of my trade.

Hey Titan, as always love the videos!

Question: why not put the shunk studs on the sub plate instead to simplify it and reduce stackup? Would it not be rigid enough?
