This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a modular home! The manufacturer for this house is Franklin Homes. The model for this home is the “Torridon" This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,280(main level) square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! Chance?? This is one of the BEST HOMES that you ever showed!! It has a certain kind of flair!! The Rooms are open and spacious and cozy and comfy!! The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are very versatile. That Kitchen is just perfect!! If you want anything extra?? You have to put it in yourself!! Whatever comes with it?? That's fine with me!! Anyone that wants a house 🏠🏡 would love 💕😘 to have this!! I truly love this one Chance! And may I say that after looking at quite a few other peoples videos trying to sell homes, you are absolutely the best in the business! You always take your time and pan slowly enough that the eye can focus on the entire room. And I appreciate that you take several angles of every room so we can get a real feel for the dimensions of the space. So many of these other people only do a view from a corner and pan the camera way too fast so the perception of size is very skewed and I get motion sickness trying to watch them! You also take more time pointing out the special features that both are standard or can be optioned in. You really could teach a lot of these other people the right way to produce an affective tour of a home! And you always include a floor plan and most of the others don’t, seems like that would be lesson number one! I have looked at other video home tours but you’re the only one I subscribe to for all of these reasons! I tell people all the time to check you out when they’re looking for a new place, if for no other reason than you make it a pleasure just to window shop! Keep up the good work!👍🏻

Love the layout, but I would put the French doors in the dining room, change the color of the cabinets throughout the house. And make the stove a countertop cook top and put the oven and microwave at the end of the island. Make the desk area a pantry.

Chance, you did it again!! What do I love about this house???? The wooden cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, the color of the vinyl floor. It's very similar to what I have, the 2 kid's bedrooms being on the larger size, the master bedroom, and best of all, this is my favorite layout ever!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!💗💗💗💗💗💗

Although that office area is nice, I believe that all the other rooms are large enough to put an office in a corner somewhere. I personally think that space would lend itself perfectly to a pantry!! I'll take a pantry over an office any day!! This was without a doubt, a GREAT HOME tour!!
