Love Deer Valley. I had never heard of them until I watched this channel. We actually purchased a modular from them and completely customized it to our dream home. Construction should be completed early next year and moved to our property. You can’t beat the quality these homes have!

I don't know why you would need an outlet in your pantry but I am here for it. I have heard the Lazy Susan called a Tina Turner and I love that so from now on I am calling them "Tina Turners" in honor of her R.I.P. Also I love Deer Valley homes this one is one of my favorites. If you put a 2nd fridge and microwave in the utility room it could work as a kitchenette for the kids.

Love, love, love Deer Valley and this one doesn't disappoint. I knew right off that I'd love it when I saw the clean, uncluttered look of the outside. No jarring 'decorative' siding treatments that to me scream, 'mobile home'. Just the same board and batten all the way around!
