Norvell is cut from the same cloth as Bobby. Think about the role Bowden played in Warrick Dunn's life when he was left without a parent two days after turning 18. Think about him promising Chris Weinke he would hold his scholarship while he chased his MLB dream...for 6 years. Not a lot of coaches want a kid to focus on anything other than football, especially when they are on as hot of a seat as Norvell was in 2021.

I think he’s going to show up. The team had to make room in the WR room for him. I have a feeling Norvell and staff told McClain and Pittman they would probably not be primary options with the depth we have at the position.
