Thank you for this. I make soymilk about 4-5 times/week and am always looking for ways to use okara. I regularly use okara to make my vegan cheeses, granola, brownies, granola bars, dog biscuits, vegan burgers, vegan sausages, and I also add okara to soups and chilis. Now I'll try your bread recipe next.

Thanks so much for this video. I make soy milk, so I have a lot of left over okara and struggled with ways to use it. I haven't had much success with pancakes, cookies, and muffins. So, I wondered about bread and found your video. Am so excited to try! Instant sub!

Great timing! I just started making soy milk at home. Lots of okara here! The yeast you added....is that the same as instant yeast? New baker here...☺️

I'm curious (and I am not eager to buy new ingredients to be honest) did you try to make a "regular" sourdough bread with the okara (without the psyllium husk)? How did it turn out?
Also: how does the okara change the taste and consistency of the bread?

I am looking for ways to use up okara, so I came across your recipe and it sounds and looks quite promising to say the least. Thanks for sharing!
Just to be sure and get it right: the okara you use here is a raw one (squeezed out before cooking the soymilk, like you did for your video), am I right?

Do you have a link for that dough mixer? For those times where your to occupied to hand knead, and the Kitchenaide & Virtuoso are doing other things.

Thank you for telling us the volume of dried soy beans you started with! Our soy milk maker uses one half to 3 quarters cup of dried soy beans. So I can use my math super power and make this bread.
