I could never do Hiit before, with joe or otherwise! But after a year of yoga training I has ever been surprised with myself about how much I can manage these now. Realy enjoyed this abs workout today, not such a fan of the ladder one from Monday, I prefer to just keep doing new different moves throughout. Thanks joe!

Awesome Joe thanks! Loved this abs workout & when you do tabata. Monday was brutal! Couldn't manage it. The combination of cardio & abs is always great. Thank you SO much for all you do, we love you ❤️

Really loved this session. I've been doing this since March and although a 'senior' I am managing to do all the other ones except burpies!! Well done Joe - can't start the day without you!

More programmes for fit seniors please.
I’m 72 but have been training since 50.
Knees, elbows, wrists, neck - ie joints require extra care - don’t run now, although I loved it …..the short 10/15mins work best for me. I do them at 6.30am after a 15min brisk walk to warm up.

Thanks Joe, am a bit behind due to a hospital visit and a few days recovery, but am trying to catch up now! Really enjoyed the ladder and got to 14 reps. Thank you for keeping me going!

I much preferred this to Monday’s ladder, thank you Joe. I do them as soon as I wake up so the ladder idea is a bit hard first thing in the morning because of the lack of rest time, which makes me feel sick. I loved this abs HIIT this morning, and I’ve loved all the other 15 minute HIITs in this series. Thank you for your hard work
