Seems like the finished texture would be different than the concrete texture. Seems like it would be noticable. Is this noticeable after epoxy coating?

Should I grind or use a sander to level the concrete patch in prep for epoxy? And what grit should be used?

What is considered “dry”? We just etched and rinsed the floor and it is dry to the touch. Do I need to wait a certain amount of hours before it is truly “dry?”

Why is it that after applying the mixture to the repair area and after the 8 or so hours of drying time that it tacky.

Do I have to sand this product after I apply it before Rust-Oleum Metallica rock solid? I read xylene will help smooth it out. Is that okay to use?

Rustoleum Concrete patch takes FOREVER to dry. Takes at least 8 - 10 hours to harden at about 75 degrees farenheit. I have used this rescently and that is my only con about it.Bugs Spiders, anything floating in the wind WILL land on it??? I wish they made this stuff dry quicker????

Can I add another layer of patch & repair after the initial 8 hr cure time elapsed? I did not level the patch repair enough. There is a slight difference of a few mm. between the floor and and patch which is just below the floor surface level. I plan of doing and epoxy floor above this, maybe it will level it on its own.
