I love there's a cleanout and no way to get to it. As a plumber I hit a few electric lines and water lines, just unfortunate.

I prefer troubleshooting problems with the disappearing wire instead of the disposable wire.
I see where electricians, plumbers, electronic equipment tradesmen, run lines through dedicated return air chases, joists, and even ducts!
