How to make an Ubuntu Desktop Machine on Proxmox

In this video I change things up a bit and show how to setup a the ubuntu desktop flavor, the graphical version. I also show how to setup rdp so you can access your new ubuntu machine as well.

Hello. I am extremely new to this and I hope you can help me out.

I built a server with some old parts and am trying to use ubuntu desktop on one of the proxmox VMs. My issue is that when I press try and install ubuntu, the program has the ubuntu loading symbol and everything, but shortly afterwards the screen goes all black and I can see my cursor. The cursor within the VM is a white X. I don't know what to do. I'm using an i7-7700k and RTX 2070 Super. Any ideas?
