In this video, I'll explain how you can use Obsidian with Zotero to organize your notes and references really easily. I love both programs (and they are both free), so don't be afraid to check them out if you are interested.

Thank you so much for this! Obsidian is kind of overwhelming as a newbie and I really appreciated that this was to the point, not too long, and super simple. Much appreciated!!!

Wow, spent upwards of an hour trying to get citations to work following other guides with complicated custom template imports that failed to mention simple things like how to display the reference list. Thank you so much for providing a simple, straightforward integration method without any bullshit or oversights.

Man, I saw many videos and posts over complicating it. Finally, I've already set up my zotero with obsidian. thanksss

Beautifully done <5min video. Succinct and to the point. I wish more content creators were like this instead of diluting videos into half hour of nonsense.

Hello! Thank you for sharing such a useful integration functionality between zotero and obsidian. I am doing my MSc research on simultaneous sound sources separation, and I just realized that your channel is called "Signal Processing" haha.

Thanks so much, I was wondering wether I would give Obisidian a try for my PHD (it seems very complicated for my arts and literature background) but I didn't want to annihilate Zotero in my working process either. Thanks to you I'll be able to do both now !

Thanks for a great video, I have a question: I would like the citation in text — which appears as a number in square brackets — to have a different colour than the main body, so I can easily identify it when glancing over the text: is that possible? Thank you!

First it worked great and as demonstrated; issue is: for newly added Zotero entries (though they have the correct citekey and everything is activated as demonstrated in your tutorial), I get the error message: No Citation Found + citekey – even tried exporting the entire library again... did not work. Does anyone know how to fix this?
