If you click “Add Note from Annotations” it copies all highlighted text into a note, which then makes them searchable. Great video!

The note-taking system is essentially an adaptation of the Zettelkasten method by Niklas Luhmann: Hi-lighting and Bullet Points just don't work(especially over time) - The 3 principles are I)Take notes in your Own Words( SO this actually triggers your own neural network as well as the software search function) ii) Notes reduced to the simplest "Irreducible" form/idea and iii) Connecting the idea/linking the DOTs... to other knowledge in your database! Excellent vid as always!🧑‍🎓🏆

Very helpful :) Is there a way to "mark read" the papers in Zotero? Mendeley and Jabref have it.
