"Ya Svoboden" - "I am Free" - a Russian heavy metal piece from 1997 that is reminiscent of Moody Blues. The song's vocals are were performed by Valery Kipelov, music composed by Sergey Mavrin and the lyrics written by Margarita Pushkina.

This is a really beautiful rock ballad that I have been wanting to translate for a while, but the music videos for this song that I found online cut the song short at the ending. So I finally decided to edit the video for this one myself, using clips from the 2015 Russian and Ukrainian TV series "Witch".

The video tells the story of Roman's rocky relationship with his abusive wife, Roza, and the rusalka he encounters. Is she real, or only a dream...?
