Conductive Hearing Loss means.. you hear the sounds, voices of others, in short you have normal hearing from the environment, but when you speak or the activities from your head they vibrates (muffed) to your ear or feel they have pressure or sensation, that's conductive hearing loss (having autophony, sometimes having Tinnitus)

Can I improve it to 20db??
