Doors typically open into rooms, one reason is so you don't hit people you can't see in the hallway/other side with a door. But sometimes businesses will have doors that open out because they're harder to break into, and glass doors solve the problem of not being able to see people on the other side.

Tht last one is a pull, from the perspective it was filmed. It always assumed the recorders perspective for the answer and the last one did the opposite just to fuck with the players... So on brand for the format, I guess.

The school I work at has a set of two double doors that I am CONSTANTLY going to the wrong end to open. It feels like the matching doors should swing together, but they don't and it gets me almost every single time.

Mostly, they pull when going from the inside toward the outside for safety reasons. If there's stuff blocking the door you need to be able to clear the block to escape.

My university has those glass doors in our student center. There are two sets of them right next to each other. One is push, the other is pull.
