Hi Guys! This week I make my very own Selkie inspired Puff Dress! This baby has multiple layers of organza, and the biggest, puffiest sleeves you have ever seen. I will go through a step-by-step tutorial and show you how to make your very own puff dress. This was a fun DIY project!
