Also starring Josh Lucas, Stephen Dorff, Ethan Suplee, Nora Zehetner, and Amber Rose Mason. Rod Blackhurst directs from a screenplay by David Ebeltoft. The Avenue will distribute Blood for Dust in theaters and on digital on April 19.
