I love your idea of a “quick breakfast”. Broccoli, carrots, bell pepper all mixed together in a stir fry with undisclosed yellow-ish goo drizzled in! My idea of a quick breakfast is a piece of toast! If I’m feeling particularly rakish, I might smear some honey on it!
