She's the one who yells that the mini boss touched her crush, causing everyone to panic like it’s contagious. I don’t know about you, but I’m not a fan of that girl! No-2: The creators of Despicable Me clearly love 80s sci-fi. For example, that scene in Despicable Me 2 where El Macho's rooster pops out of Gru’s belly is a nod to the classic Alien film. And in Despicable Me 3, when Gru and Dru are hiding under Brat's bed, you can spot a VHS tape labeled Aliens. Just a reminder, VHS tapes were how we used to watch movies before streaming came along!
