Russia and China did huge combined military excises with each side 10000 troops with combined command system, and later in Sea of Japan did a combine navy fleets military excises, and then after that a combined cruise along JP coast line, Russia will never do such kind military cooperation with India, but only treat India as a valued weapon buying customer.
