Or maybe rush construction sectors earlier: if the cost of construction goods goes high enough, it can actually overflow and print money out of thin air (though you'd have to build and staff the majority of construction sectors there even are to build in the world for that to be feasible). Towards the end, any particular reason you opted to move your market capital to Cuba, as opposed to any other, smaller, equally isolated islands like the Indian Ocean Territory or South Atlantic Islands? There's something to be said for the lack of resources here and the accompanying difficulty of attracting any number of pops to these islands to develop an economy off of, that perhaps could have pushed your market isolation over the edge of £100B earlier on.

But beyond all that, I feel it's also worthwhile to note that by having around while having Romanian as a primary culture, you can trigger the journal entries to form Romania (and play as Romania) without losing any of your acquired cultures. Guys, remember, gdp is supposed to help your SoL, SoL is what matters most in victoria 3. You can grow your gdp while sacirficing SoL if you plan to grow SoL later but in the end, it is how good peoples lives are that matters
